Buying Victoria's Secret in Bulk Wholesale Terms & Conditions

If you are looking to buy in bulk it is important that you are aware of our terms and conditions:

PAYMENTS
* We accept just about everything besides American Express Cards and Money Orders. You can purchase items 7 days a week from 8am - 10:45pm EST

* Payment is due in full before items are shipped.


SHIPPING
* Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.

* Shipping may take seven to ten business days to arrive at destination.

* Shipping prices listed on website are for United States shipping only.

* Large wholesale orders may be shipped in more than one box.

* You will be provided with tracking numbers for each shipped box.

* If you are paying via e-check, items will be shipped when payment clears. This can take up to 5 business days.

*Shipping Methods -
1. Standard Mail. We usually ship our items through the United States Postal service however, we will occassionally use UPS or Fed Ex if needed.
Standard mail shipping is good for clothing, lingerie and other lighter items. If you are purchasing 10 or less cases of cosmetics or body product, standard mail is a practical way to ship.

2. Freight. We do not personally offer freight, however, you are welcome to have items picked up by freight from our physical store. We have loading docks available. ****You are 100% responsible for finding a freight company that works best for you. We recommend using CEC Services. CEC Services offers cost effective alternatives shipping alternatives. If you are interested in using CEC Services, let them know you found their company through us and they'll give you a great deal.

If you are planning to have your items picked up via freight, we will assist with loading the items onto the truck and making sure that items are properly secured. Paying the freight company is your responsibility. We will NOT cash checks, pay freight companies for you, negotiate rates with frieght companies, etc. Your driver will be asked at time of pickup to sign a statement that says they will not bill the mall for the transaction.

* IF you need your items to be transported via freight (semi truck or moving van) we have loading docks at our physical location (Taylor, MI). Since our store is inside of a mall, we MUST schedule time to use the loading docks. It is madatory that YOU cover 100% of the shipping costs upfront. We DO NOT arrange freight. We DO NOT work with any freight companies nor get "discounts" through freight companies. We WILL schedule time to have your company of choice use our loading docks for pickup.
NOTE: No items will be released to any freight companies UNLESS payment for your items has been made in full.


ORDERING
* As a buyer, you are welcome to come into our physical location and select the merchandise you like as opposed to ordering online. We generally keep five to thirty pieces of each item at our physical location and the remainder of items in our storage. By coming into our physical store you are able to eleminate shipping charges. If you are looking to buy 50+ pieces of a specific item and you want to pick it up from our store, you are welcome to do so but payment must be made in advance. Once payment has been made we will transport your bulk items to our store for you to pick up. We WILL NOT bulk transport items unless payment is made in advance! We do not have the room to store additional bulk products and risk a buyer not showing.

* We carry about 40 - 60 pieces of clothing at the store at all times. However, due to space restraints we encourage clothing orders to be placed online. When ordering clothing in bulk there are three different kinds we sell:

A.) Overstock Clothing. Overstock items come delivered in factory sealed bags and may or may not have store price tags on them.

B.) Closeout Clothing. Closeouts do not come in factory sealed bags. They are new, with store price tags. Sometimes the price tags may have clearance stickers on them; depending if the item was ever clearanced prior to becoming Closeout.

b.) Liquidation Clothing. Liquidation clothing is Victoria's Secret apparel that has been removed from the catalog/store due to being off-season at the time or too limited of quantities left to sell. For example, if there is only one size Small and one size Large in a particular style of t-shirt, the store will likely pull these items then fill the rack up with new items that have a variety of sizes. The clothing is still in perfect condition but no longer has a place in the store, so it become "liquidation".

Liquidation clothing has marked interior tags. Although tags are still fully attached to garments they will likely have a line on the name brand tag. We generally are able to offer lower rates on our liquidation clothing because it is usually from the previous year.

You are welcome to come into our store and purchase clothing in bulk, however, as stated, we carry a limited amount of pieces. If you want to buy larger bulk, please place your order and have it shipped to you or come in and pick it up.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
* All of our products are authentic Victoria's Secret. We buy in large bulk direct, therefore eleminating a "middleman". This allows us to sell the items to you for a lesser cost.

* We ONLY sell NEW items. We DO NOT sell "used", "damaged", "defective", "repaired", "imperfect" or "store returns". Repeat business is what keeps us in business. We need our buyers to be able to resell items quickly, so we only sell the best items available.

* We do not offer refunds / returns / exchanges on items. All of our listings clearly state exactly what you will be receiving. If you are unsure as to what an item is, please email with questions prior to making a purchase.
